Leading website projects meant connecting discovery, content architecture, design, development, and launch. Across 35+ builds, a shared foundation offered a practical way to carry established patterns into the next project while leaving room for each client’s requirements.
From design decisions to editable pages.
I established an approach using style guides, design tokens, reusable component libraries, ACF Flexible Content modules, and page templates. I also planned content structures, custom post types, taxonomies, relationships, and integrations as part of the wider website architecture.

I managed two in-house developers and approximately four remote developers, assigning and reviewing work and providing technical direction. Collaboration with designers covered responsive behavior, interactions, component structure, and feasibility. My responsibilities continued through migrations, QA, production launches, and ongoing support.
